Risk Disclosure Policy – Al Mithaq Investment

This document is intended to inform clients about the risks associated with trading financial instruments offered by Al Mithaq Investment, including forex, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), stocks, commodities, and cryptocurrencies (when available).

We believe transparency is the foundation of the relationship between broker and client. Therefore, we outline below the types of risks every investor should be aware of before making any financial decisions.

Market Risk

The prices of financial assets can rise or fall suddenly due to economic or political events, or natural fluctuations in supply and demand. There is no guarantee that price movements will work in your favor.

    Leverage Risk

Using leverage can increase profits but also amplifies losses. Leveraged trading requires strict risk management. Example: A 1% market loss could result in a 10% or greater capital loss when using 1:10 leverage.

      Liquidity Risk

Some markets or assets may experience low liquidity, which may lead to delays in order execution or execution at a different price than expected (slippage).

        Technology Risk

Electronic platforms or applications may experience temporary outages, connectivity issues, or delays in order execution. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable connection and should not rely solely on one platform.

          Currency Risk

When trading assets not denominated in your account’s base currency, exchange rate fluctuations may directly affect the value of your investment.

            Legal and Regulatory Risk

Financial and regulatory laws are subject to continuous changes. Regulatory updates may affect the company's ability to offer certain products or services.

              No Profit Guarantees

All transactions carry financial risk. Al Mithaq Investment does not guarantee profits and shall not be held liable for any losses resulting from the client’s trading decisions.

                Personal Responsibility

The client alone is responsible for understanding the nature of financial products and assessing their suitability to their financial goals and risk tolerance.

                  Client Acknowledgment

By opening a trading account with Al Mithaq Investment, the client acknowledges that they:

                  • Accept full responsibility for their financial decisions
